Instructional Design

We pride ourselves on creating interactive learning solutions with activities and facilitated communication. We will work with your team to improve your development and design process, create outcomes-based learning materials, and provide a framework to analyze and evaluate your learning interventions. CVH can work with your team to create learning experiences and materials that result in the best application of knowledge and skills.

Professional Development

Our professional development workshops enable your team to increase their competencies in virtual engagement, methods of instruction and facilitation, and understand current best practices in health education. Workshops can be customized to meet specific outcomes and goals. We love to work with subject matter experts to provide the most relevant content. We focus on skills practice, performance-based experiences, and action planning that will improve your organizational outcomes. All workshops are available virtually or in person.

Subject Matter Expertise

Christie works on several projects as a subject matter expert. She offers her expertise as an instructional designer to co-design programs with public health partners. In addition, Christie trains professionals on topics such as health equity, the social determinants of health, and the historical context of public health and current impacts.

Facilitation

A good facilitator is often the difference between an engaging program and one that leaves attendees uninspired. At CVH, we have been educating adult learners for more than 15 years. With experience in virtual and in-person settings, we have the skills to ensure your participants are engaged, involved through activities, and can meet the desired goals and objectives.
